you can get them new at PepBoys. They are a 2pc plastic push rivit.

A part number would help me greatly. Parts guys usually look at me like a deer in the headlights when I ask them stuff that doesn't have a make, model, engine size, color, & milelage.

Sorry man, no part number. But the company Motormite/Dorman makes them. Need to determine the approx hole size. GM used a few different ones of these. I have a TA which doesnt have that same panel. Or else Id look on mine. Ill try to find a reference pic tho
