Where did you weigh that? Cause its way off! (its LOSE---not LOOSE (loose fitting ie) BTW)
My car has a/c, T-tops, pw, pdl, pm, cruise--weighed 3410.
I do have the fiberglass wing and alum heads but that does not equal 200lbs (my STB, SFC and wonder bar add weight)
Go for some alum heads!

This is from the Technical Articles section of this website....
https://www.thirdgen.org/sheddingpounds
I might add that you can save weight by adding a manual box from Flaming River. The aluminum one can save upto 40 lbs after ditching the entire power steering set-up. I believe the aluminum box is only 13.5 lbs. Going to a tubular front subframe loses another 40 lbs or more.

I would get your car re-weighed again, just to verify that it is that heavy.
My 86 was fully loaded with powered leather seats and a small stereo system.

that scales is broken. I have dozens of pulblsied weights on 3rd gens.....none are 3600+ lbs
if you can find another scale.....my car sounds close to yours for options--we both have alum heads...and I had mre then 1/4 tank of gas too. Something does not add up and it points to the scale.

I put tubular front crossmember, lower control arms, removed power steering gear box (replaced with manual rack & pinion) power steering pump etc, dropped between 150-200 pounds
