Need a MAF sensor

Need one ASAP for an 86 Z-28 w/ 350 . Must be in good working condition. No cracks, chips anything like that. The one on the car I picked up must have a crack in it b/c it has electrical tape wrapped all around it. Post up pics if you can w/ a price shipped to Hatboro,Pa 19040

Thanks!!!!

Personally, at the rate that these fail, I would rather buy a reman with a warranty...

well for a 305, autozone shows them for 125.00 with a 1 yr warranty... plus a core of 80 dollars...

well now... if you are using the Vette's ECM, then you will have to look it up under the Corvette specs...

edit:... looks like it's the same P/N...

Re: Need a MAF sensor

Okay thanks. I basically just wanted to try to get it to run a little better before I pull the motor. I am saving the motor for my truck and parting out the rest of the car.

Re: Need a MAF sensor

my personal opinion, if the engine is mostly stock aside from a few bolt-ons, look into converting to speed density... you have to maintain the MAF pretty clean in order for it to work properly and not crap out.. this is somewhat from experience on a 2.8 Camaro...

Re: Need a MAF sensor

It's not stock. It has a Crower roller cam, Trick Flow heads, roller tip rockers, BBK Throttle body, Ported intake, Custom chip, BBK adj. fuelpressure regulator ,headers, 11:1 pistons supposedly. So it is far from stock. i wasn't planning on keeping the TPI anyway but I wanted to get it running better before I pull the motor. I don't want to spend money getting it tuned since I will be changing over to carb eventually anyway.
