(MA) Trade laptop (s) for Rims, tires, misc parts
Hey, I have quite a few laptops. I'm looking to trade one or more for some Camaro parts. I build / work on these as a hobby, so I have a bunch and can build one to suit your needs. All have WI-FI, DVD, CD, good ROM, RAM, Processors, etc. etc. Any operating system you want, including Windows 7.
What I'm looking for is a set of IROC rims, tires, etc. Would consider any rims that'll fit.
Maybe some interior, body parts,etc.
POSI rear
need an AC Delete box
Really open to anything you have. Willing to put in some cash if you have something I really want, maybe be willing to work the other way too.
Let me know what you have and I'll go into much greater detail and supply some pics of what I have.

If you are willing to travel I have probably everything you are looking for. I am in NW Ohio, or if you wanted to pay for shipping. but with rims and tires that may get expensive pretty quick.

I appreciate the response, but really am looking for something a little more local. As you said, it shipping could get expensive.
For those interested, here's a brief list of what I have
I have a Toshiba Satellite A105. It has a 1.6Ghz Intel Celeron M, 512 MB Ram, 80 GB hard drive. It has a 15.4" Wide screen, DVD burner/ CD Burner, Wi-fi, etc.
I also have a Dell Latitude D620. It has 512MB Ram, 80GB HD, 15.4" widescreen, DVD-Rom/Cd Burner, Wifi, etc.
I have a Dell Latitude D410. It has a 12.1" screen, Pentium M 2.0 Ghz processor, 40 GB HD, 512 MB Ram, Wi-fi, but no CD drive, to keep the size down. It is very small and light weight for a notebook, though.
I have an IBM Thinkpad T42, I don't remember the specs off the top of my head but is similar to the next one. It's a very high quality durable notebook, though. I believe it's a 1.8Ghz Centrino Duo with 2 gigs RAM, 60 or 80 Gig HD, DVD/CD Drive, Wi-Fi, etc. etc. Has a dedicated graphics card, so If gaming is what you're interested in, then this would be your best bet
Also have an I BM Thinkpad Z61t. Another good quality, top of the line. Intel core Duo 1.83Ghz, 2 Gigs ram, 100 GB HD, Wi-fi, etc. etc. Similar to the Thinkpad T42, but built in graphics, so slightly less desirable for gaming then the T42.
Finally, I have an HP NC6400. Another high quality, top of the line piece. If you're interested in security, then this is your best bet. It has a built in finger print scanner so no one can access it but you. Specs are similar to the ThinkPads. Should be aroun 1.8Ghz, 1-2 GB Ram, 80GB HD, etc. Don't quite remember off the top of my head.
Obviously, any of those can be upgraded to suit your needs. You can do a little research online and figure out which one would be best for you, or like I said, I can make that suggestion based upon your needs.
Either one would come with your choice of OS; Windows XP, Windows 7, Linux, etc. Whatever you wanted

Sorry, it's not worth it to me. I'd rather just buy the delete box outright on here for $80-90 bucks. The motherboards on either of those latops are worth more than that on e-bay by themselves. Either one would bring in $400+ on e-bay with the specs they are in their good condition with working batteries and a OS.

may do better selling those first but I saw pretty much all of them complete with no OS on ebay for $300 or less tested. Also if it is for the 87 then I have all of it to swap it correctly including the non a/c dash interior stuff and all. plus have more stuff search my user name for post started and you can check them all out.

The differences are as follows:
The Ebay one has a 1.83 Ghz processor, but it is a t2400. Mine has a T5600.
The Ebay one has a 60 Gig HD, Mine has a 100.
The Ebay one has the 1280X768 Screen. Mine has the 1400X900.
I realize I didn't list these in the first place, just felt that you shouldn't take a look at Ebay, find one listing that is really cheap, then assume every other one should be that price. Look at the rest of the listing. One listing at sub-$300 does not cancel out the multiple at $500+. I know what these are worth, as I said, I do this for a hobby. I'm not looking to screw anyone over, just make a fair trade.
ANYWAYS, In response to the offer, I already have the HVAC controls without the AC. Picked them up from a junkyard car for $5. Unfortunately, the delete box was long gone.

I don't mean just the controller I have the correct non a/c dash with the side vents factory blocked off and all interior stuff with the pull cable panels. Also quite a bit else, just check out my post. If not no big deal to me. definitely not trying to argue I am offering the trade to help you out. I don't really need a new laptop the others I have had I hardly ever used so not real worried one way or the other. Thanks for the info. I have been messing with pc's and laptops for years so I know a little about them also.

Looking to trade again. Still have most of the laptops from the listing left. Mainly just looking for rims now. Would consider stock IROC's, or 91-92 wheels, with tires. Aftermarket rims a plus, Wheels with tires even better
