Re: AC delete pulley

Do you need just the pulley or the delete kit?

Re: AC delete pulley

Depending on the price I might take the whole kit, but mainly I want the pulley. I'm not too familiar with the heater box swap, etc. I know you need to do some rewiring in order to retain all the fan speeds...not sure if I know how to do that.

Re: AC delete pulley

summit is supposed to have one or get the delete pulley off of the blazer 350 tbi or 305 tbi in a wagon or caprice. The compressors the same harrison unit used in several cars, so they use the same delete pulley, the truck or basic car ones not as nice, I ordered mine from new york back in 2002, an original part lol

Re: AC delete pulley

Thanks guys,

The problem is that a lot of the eBay vendors won't ship to Canada. I'll continue to look on there, but I'm still open to grabbing one off of you guys.

Is there any particular reason people go with the non-AC heater box when removing the AC? Why can't you just rip out all your AC components up to the box? Is it because it looks "ugly", or are there some functionality issues?

Thanks!

Re: AC delete pulley

it looks ugly, and you have to basically chop up the plastic box to make it work, I fabbed up two of my own with extra fans, but they work, but don't always look the best, just sayin
