9- or 10-bolt? Gearing preference? Iron Delco-Moraine calipers or PBR's?

I want something better than my 2.77 gears and something with disc brakes.... my drums have got to GO!, Id take 9 or 10 bolt, gear pref. is the stock 3.23 posi. and calipers I dont think there is a differance in stopping power between the Iron Delco-Moraines and the PBR's... so tell me what you got with a price and we can work from there.

 

Sorry, I'm not trying to sell anything. The 82-88 disc brakes have 10.5" rotors and Delco-Moraine iron calipers, which have a bad rep here on TGO (I personally experienced no issues with them). The 89+ disc brakes have 11.7" rotors and alum calipers. Most members would suggest that the latter are far superior. At any rate, best of luck with your hunt.

Hey Ted, I am very interested...is it all stock? from what I can find I think they are 3.27 gears. Is there any problems with the rear breaking system? any whistling from the rear diff? My email is busse.david25@gmail.com if you could send pics and a price.

OK, what car is it from? Gears? Posi? do you have all the components for the disc brakes?
