Spohn POLISHED alum strut mounts
I know its a long shot here, but I am looking for someone with the POLISHED strut mounts. They have not made these for a few years, and I wish I would have bought them when I could.
This is a pic of the ones I'm looking for

Installed pic

I'm not gonna try and low ball you, but looking for good condition ones.

They were when they offered them. They are now built in steel of some sort.

Just an idea, would it be possible for you to use a set of black ones and just blast the coating off, then polish/chrome it?

Sorry 'bout the premature excitement. I'll let you feel me up, but I'm saving myself for marriage. Good luck with your search.

Re: Spohn POLISHED alum strut mounts
Curious as to if the additional spacer is actually needed. Is the strut mount you have not as tall as the other Spohn piece or did you simply want more strut travel?

Re: Spohn POLISHED alum strut mounts
It came with a spindle/coil over kit I got everything with. I ended up just using the strut mounts since the coil overs didnt play nice with my 275's up front.

I hoping to get a set on soon. I'd send you my factory mounts back if you tossed yours.I'm a repeat customer... still spreading the good word on your billet emblems...

Well my other "deal" is not really set in stone, and I'm totally open to getting a set sooner than later. Chris let me know if you wanna let them go to a good home

Ok i will deff. Let you know. If it was anyone else I wouldn't have even made the offer. I've considered reproducing a few sets if I can sell a batch of them.

Re: Spohn POLISHED alum strut mounts
Does anyone know why these were stopped being made? I bought mine years ago and have MAYBE 100 miles on them. I think I paid around $375 for them too. it was an impulse buy.

High price for most? I don't know man they are sexy. I've got quite a bit of billet treats and these would look perfect under my hood. PM me if you think you wanna sell.

Re: Spohn POLISHED alum strut mounts
I agree , I don't think they sold enough to keep making them. Let me do some digging around. Hell I have the extra base under mine that could be used to make a 2nd pair.
Just need to find some 4inch aluminum to make the stands and tops for the bearings.
