As stated I need a good factory ECM with factory PROM for a 1988 pontiac firebird 305 tbi with automatic computer # 1228063 do not have a prom #

I will also have interest in just a prom for a 305tbi that will be compatible with this computer.

I will also have interest in PROM for a 350 tbi that will work in the 1228063 computer.

1988 tbi used different computers then 89-up. You may have upgraded to EBL flash or some other setup. May see one in a junk yard 5 mins away I dunno. Message me or post here.

the prom # are the same as 89 an up but the calibratio code is different so I would still need an 88 ECM and PROM

 

I am going to be swapping to an EBL ECU in a few weeks. I'll sell you my old ECU if you would like. It's from an 88 5.7 TPI which I think might be the same as the TBI ECU. I am going to keep the prom though. I can get it to you at the GTG.

If you had looked at the link I gave him you would know your ECM and EPROM are both incorrect for an 88 TBI.

 

Sorry TPI stuff won't work.

This is for my brothers car it has the EBL but the plan for the cardon't really need it. my dad wants it 100% smog legit and the EBL doesn't run the air injection. the previous owner was planning a much crazier build. this car is going to be how my car once was. and the stock stuff an it fine.
