As said in the title, I'm looking for an engine bay wiring harness for an 87 trans am gta with a digital dash and TPI. I need the part the goes from the ecm inside the car to the engine bay/sensors. An '85-87 harness may work, not sure if the harness to ecm connectors are different from an analog dash, but if some else knows, please inform me.

I have the engine side of an 87 gta tpi harness for $90 shipped in decent shape. It's from an analog car but I believe the headlight/gauge harness is the one that is digital dash specific.
Have any pics?

None on hand, I'll get them to you tomorrow. Just a heads up some moron put red sleeving on it so that will have to be addressed.
Sounds good. Are you talking about the wire looms?

It has a couple more things that need addressing that I forgot about so id do 75 shipped if you still want it. Anyway, here are the pics. Sorry about 1 picture per post but it is the only way I can load pictures.

One brown ECM wire is cut for whatever reason and needs to be connected. There is a random green wire I believe needs to be reattached to the nearby relay.

1 ground on the back of the head is cut needs and end. Torque converter lockup is missing one plastic sleeve.

And one more cut ground. I did not notice any other significant issues besides the red sleeving that needs to be replaced.
The last one looks like the fuel pump fuse cover (of it is a fuse). Does the ecm wire just need to be soldered and wrapped (that's what it looks like in the pic)? And what about the green wire, do you know what relay it goes to?

There ecm wire just needs to be re soldered. For whatever reason someone cut the wire but it it will go right back together, there is no lost length. The last pic if i can remember right now is a fuse. That cover mounts on the fender well and the ground that is cut goes directly to metal. The green wire I am not sure right now, id have to lay the harness out to see where that relay mounts. It could not be part of a relay at all but if i remember correctly i had a harness where a wire pulled out from a relay, I think it was this one. Ill double check that when I get chance.
Did you get a chance to check where the wire goes to?

Sorry about the delay, it's finals week at school and I've been busy. Anyway the stray wire does not go anywhere. I followed it back and there was a quick connect under the black sleeving. Removed that and check the rest of the harness under the black sleeving. I did not see any additional issues.

If the op backs out I'll give you second crack at it.

Sounds good ..thanks
I think I'll take it. Whatever connections are missing or broken can be fixed from the remains of my burnt up harness.
And I understand about finals, I just finished up last week too, lol.
Would you take $65 for it?

The harness would be easy to repair, it pretty much just needs grounds to be fixed. If I had the ends is be able to fix it but unfortunately the only parts harness I have right also has clipped grounds. Let me know if you want the harness $75 is what I have to get for it.
