Looking for a Crankcase Ventilation Tube/Hose Replacement

I am looking for a NOS or clean original crankcase ventilation hose/tube (this is the tube the connects from a fitting on the passenger side of the throttle body to a black plastic fitting that goes into the passenger side valve cover.
