Crate 350 HO in 92 RS
I would like to put in the GM Crate 350 HO w/ vortec heads
but I have a 92 camaro RS w/ TBi and the 700R4 tranny. I was wondering if i need to put a bigger TBi and/or a stronger transmission.

I just did the same thing you are doing with my RS. I used a 350 ZZ-1 engine. I put alluminum performer heads from edelbrock on it. I can tell you from experience that you are going to have to put 350 injectors on the throttle body. I tried with the 305 injectors and it ran horrible. I also set the timing +8. I think you may need to get a new tranny because I fried the clutches in the stock one. Maybe you will have better luck. Any other questions I may be able to answer?
