Desperate for help!!!

alright after I swapped the lo3 to a l98 355 for some reason the starter is not getting a full 12 volts, check engine light stays on at all times, no codes, and only cranks at about 1/4 speed. After cranking for about half a second all power to starter shuts down. Checked all wiring on the 91 z28 harnes and everything looks good. I used a 91 z computer and oh yeah I disconnected my alarm and after checking all wiring everything is like it should be but I only get 4.6 volts to starter. Anyone know what I might be missing, below is a list of the crap I have done.....(three different mechanics/electrical genius's have looked at the car and no one knows what is wrong...a $100 money order will be sent to the first person who can help me fix my problems) FYI I started the car 2 weeks ago and it ran fine for 45 minutes but now it won't start and nothing has changed........And yes pictures of you engine compartment will help.

OK, let try few things here.

First where did you plug the alternator wire that recharges the battery ? this cable cannot be plugged on the battery, it needs to be plugged somewhere on your harness "for exemple the ceramic power distribution thing beside your radiator."

Also , where's your main ground ??? , it really needs to be on your engine block, with a CLEAN connection. also the chassis ground connection needs to be on the passenger side fender near the battery.

Have you played in your fuse box ? anything that's not working anymore ? Also you said you unpluged the buzzer for the lights, doors and key ? why ? was it always on ?

Is your starter enable relay correctly plugged ? (located in the driver side kick panel)

you also stated that your starter's not getting 12 volts ???? is your battery charged ? because it's pretty straight foward, positivite from your battery that goes to the starter, ground from battery to engine block, posivite from battery goes to "enable start relay" enable start relay goes to solenoid of starter.

Anyway check that out and give us a better description of what's wrong, what's not working, what you did to it once it ran for 45 minutes.
