ZZ4-TPI(305-350) swap realized!
I've been asking advice and trying to gather as many opinions as possible as far as my particular swap. I'd have to admit that you can get more info by looking through old posts than by asking "general" questions about your specific project. That being so......
.......here's the deal; I got my ZZ4 short block and LT4 hot cam already in my friends' shop, as of ther 15th of April.
I also "put-out" for a set of AFR 190cc SBC heads, that I'm having milled down to 64cc. Once I have the heads I would want to calculate the persice compression ratio. I imagine a 9.6:1 to as high as 10:1, depending on gasket thickness.
I'm also spending a "chunk of change" as far as the "little" stuff. New 24' injerctors, new forged push rods, roller lifters, 1.6 roller rockers, timing chain/gear, oil pump and so on..
The "TOP" of the motor will be an aftermarket TPI set-up(as in my sig.) I will of course get a 52mm or a 58mm TB and a new custom prom to manage the whole mess.
What kinda HP Power will I be making? Is my FINAL ZZ4/LT4HC/AFRheads-combo a good choise?

Hard to say. Dunno what intake, headers, etc. you have in mind.
Assuming you use something like the Stealth Ram, a decent TB and some 1 5/8" or so headers, and a chip that manages all the inputs properly, 350 - 400 hp is easily realistic at the flywheel.
Probably more like 300-325 with stock LTR's ... they stall for air in the 4800 rpm range, depending on CI's and cam timing, within a small window.
HTH,
