Engine Mounts

hi guys

Well my mechanics just installed my new Energy Suspension Engine Mounts. The problem is the part numbers for the peice is for a 350 block and for the the right year. But the engine is a little higher like 1/4 inch I was told it was becuz the polyurathane does'nt squish as much as the rubber mounts. Did anybody else have this happen??

The engine works and feels great. But its just that little bump in the road i'm a little worried about.

It's pretty much standard for new motor mounts to raise the engine. That's the case even when replacing stock ones with stock replacements.

Oh man thanks!

But just one thing left to fix , my mechanis had fun reving it with open headers( They took off the why pipe cuz i was have the whole front suspension done with poly bushing). Anyways the engine knocked the Mac chrome sturt tower brace, now the bar i bent a little where the plemium knocked. But the hood wont close now the bar is to high, even thought its 2-3 mm off the top of the plemium. I told them to just unbolt the Strut bar, for now. At leats the hood closes. How would i go about reinstalling my st bar. Some one sugested to me to try and squish the bar in the middle (where the tpi is highest) ???

Thx guys
