I have just started on restoring a 82 Z28 that USED to have the 305 Crossfire engine in it with the Turbo 350 tranny. What I want to put in it is a freshly built TBI 350 with the matching 4L60E tranny. I already have the full harness and computer, and I have done a few engine/tranny swaps in Jeeps so doing the wiring and computer junk is no problem. My question is what about the torque tube? I was told taht I might have a problem with most trannys because of this. True o False? Has anybody else put this tranny in theirs????
