Car: '89 Firebird
Engine: 7.0L
Transmission: T56
'82 Vette was a crossfire injected 350 and was one of the slowest Vettes ever made except for the original Vettes with the Blue Flame 6 cylinder engine.

They have Iron heads. Small, poor flowing heads. When purchasing entire engines to swap into a car, try to avoid mid 70s to early 80s. They were rather disappointing.

It's a good core to build up with a real cam, real heads, real intake, real exhaust...

Yeah I kinda worded it wrong....what I meant was if you want to swap out a smaller engine for a larger displacement one, it's a good idea to avoid those years if you're just gonna do a straight swap without putting a real cam, real heads, real intake or some real exhaust on it.
