I own an 84 TA LG4 305. I'm switching to a '92 L98 350. I was wondering if the following is interchangable between blocks:
1) Vibration Damper
I know the flywheel is different, but will the torque converter from the 84 bold up to the flywheel of a 92?
Finally, will anything else from the back of the block change between 84 and 92, (ie: tranny hook up parts)?
Thanks for any replies.

I believe the tranny input shaft has a different number of splines so the TC is out. Sorry. You might want to check on that though.

The number of splines on the tranny input shaft doesn't have anything to do with the flexplate bolt pattern. Your torque converter will bolt up to the '92 flexplate.
As will everything else. Except the damper is different, use the proper 350 piece.
