hey i know this has prolly been asked a 1000 times and yes i allready tried searching for like the past hour...i just wanna know how much it will cost me in the end to swap from a carbed 305 to a 350tpi...

The reason you can't find that in a search is that there's no way to put a "price tag" on a TPI swap. There's so many roads that lead that way you can't make one definite answer.

That said, the easiest and cheapest way you're going to be able to make the swap is to find a complete running TPI motor in a donor car and buy that sucker. Because what kills you during a swap is the little nickle and dime stuff that you might not have if you say only bought the intake, then bought a computer and wiring, then this and that. Then you might be missing something small and goofy like the coil bracket so you're stuck with either making one or buying one and that stuff starts adding up. The more you buy at one time, the better you are farther down the road.

Expect to spend from $200 to a grand on a swap (especially if you have to replace parts or sensors, or want some go-fast goodies along the way).
