i have the 113 58cc chamber vette heads on my car does anyone know if i could mill the head down much more ,im using just stock pistions ( flat 2 valve releef ) . without hiting the valves or the pistion .. id like to bring it down to 52cc if possable

you shouldn't have anything to worry about, but you should always dummy it up and check to be sure.

 

Or, you could get a dial indicator and measure from the deck to the piston reliefs, and then from the head to the valve at .500 lift or whatever your cam does. Add in .020 or so for the head gasket and your there. Then you can figure how much you can cut off the head before you wack a valve. Be sure to also add in a little extra room for "dynamic valve lift" Extra lift because the spring can't stop the valve fast enough. That might be somewhere around .010 or so. What is this engine for? Your compression is going to be well over 14. Or are these heads going on a 305? Just for my curiosity.

 

I have mine cut to 55cc and I know a bit more is possible. When in doubt, the person doing the milling can mic them.
