I am almost done my new 383 install, and as I am hooking up the Tranny cable (TV) and the throttle cable and cruise control cable it seems that they are too far back because I have to stretch them to get them on the tb... so it make it like open throttle already, anyone had this problem before? if so what did you do, I was thinkin of drillin the bracket and moving it forward a bit, let me know! thanks!

Do you have the bracket that bolts to the top of the fuel rail? It is used for the throttle cable...As for the cruise control, you can adjust it at the back of the driverside headlight. I have no idea about the TV cable, no problems here.

You should be able to hook up your TV cable then go and floor the gas pedal, that should adjust the TV cable perfect. You'll hear it click into position. Just don't floor it TOO hard, if you feel serious resistance stop and check for something odd around the TB area.
