305 TBI swap Q's

I have an 88 TBI 305 that has a bad miss in it due to a cracked ring. I was wondering how much it would cost to swap in a new 305 or a 350 I will be doing all the work myself I need a good supplier on the 305 motor I have a line on a new 350. What will I need to use the factory EFI will I have to upgrade the injectors? or just get a new chip? Keith
