Varies widely from place to place, and from one kind of machine shop to another.
If you just go down to your corner parts store, it will probably be around $15-20 a hole to bore and hone it. On the other hand, if you go to a racing machine shop and have it done right, bored on the exact design centers exactly perpendicular to the crank with a torque plate, expect to pay $75-100 more.

The ElCheapo way is $15-$20 per hole to be bored and honed to size.
To get it done properly the block should be hot tanked, new cam bearings, decked to make sure the deck is square and it should be bored using torque plates. Having it line honed is also recommended but not always required.
It doesn't cost any different if it's bored out .030 or .060"

If this is a junkyard block, The problem is you dont know what you have and most machine shops dont want to just bore a block, They usually want to clean, magnaflux, surface the deck, tap all holes, install new freeze plugs and cam bearings and bore and hone. (usually around $300.00 in CA) after that it it shows any sing of spun bearings they will try to sell you a line hone in addition for an additional $125-150.00. Be careful who you deal with and find a reputable shop. When it comes to this subject, You usually get what you pay for.
Good luck,

damn my machine shop charges 8 dollars a hole and that's with torque plate. the do reguire cleaning so there's another 50 plus freeze plugs are 15 and 10 to install and cam bearingsare 25 plus 30 or 35 to install. about the only advantage to living where i do, labor rates haven't caught up to the rest of the country.
