so here's the deal, I'm running 13.7


I'm dropping 3.42 gears over 2.73 that I had, also installing a Zexel Torsen Posi over the open rear that I also had.

I'm installing a Flowmaster catback system 3'' over a stock forth gen exaust.

I got a set of roller rockers 1.55

Homemade Cold air intake

Airfoild

and my wheel and tires are a little bit bigger now since I'm running 17"


How much gain should i get out of this setup ? Asleast .5 ???

What If I install a 3500 stall ??? Will I gain a lot more ?


What do I need to run near 13.0 ?

 

My estimate: around a 13.6... maybe more mph??? 3500 is waaayyyy to high for your application. Stay between 2200 and 2800.

Well, I would get the hotcam kit, a 3000 stall, and 3.73 rear gears. This should get you to at least where you want to be with tuning. Do you use camaroz28.com. I have been over there on the LT1 forum quite a bit lately trying to figure out what I want to do to mine before I put it in.
