yep, you can use all the stuff for the 350. Just make sure the 350 is a 1 piece main rear seal or you will have to get another flywheel

???? new flywheel if the motor doesn't have one piece rear main???

A new flywheel or flex plate will only be required if the new motor is not of the same vintage, ie, pre-86 motor post 86 flywheel,etc..vice versa...

There are only 2 times you need a new flywheel:

1986 to 1987 up or vice versa

Going from an internally ballanced crank to an externally ballanced crank. All cranks from the factory are internally balanced. Some aftermarket are, some are externally balanced.

267, 305, 350 all use the same crankshaft, therefore the same harmonic damper, and flywheel.

1987 and later use an externally balanced flywheel, with and internally balanced harmonic damper. This is because of the lack of counterweight on the back of the 1 piece design crank.

When we put the 350 in my car, we basically stripped it down to a basic shortblock and used almost all of the 305 parts on it (some were needed parts, some were just better) and this is what is now on my 350 that was originally on my 305 (L69):

- CC Carb
- Distributor
- Intake manifold
- Exhaust manifold (making way for headers soon)
- Flywheel
- Clutch parts
- All pullies
- Alternator
- All accessory brackets
- Valve covers
- Radiator

I think this is all, but there could be more.

BTW - was an '83 305 and '79 350

yes you can re-use all that stuff, be sure to check the heads for the bolt holes you will need for your accessories.
You will probably want to re-jet the primary side of the q-jet.
Some people say the cc carb can make allowances for the increased displacement, but I would be inclined to find out what jets are standard in 350 cc carbs.
