I am soon going in either a LS1 or LT1, not sure yet. It depends on the cash. Here's the point. I am going to go ahead and wire up my 83 for it. Can I use mechanical gauges or will I have to wire in a LT1 gauge cluster? Also can I put in a LT1 steering column with the ignition already in it (that way I also have a VATS key) and just hook that up to the wiring harness I get? That should be it for now but I am trying to think ahead of time.. :lala:
