305 distributor to new 350 ?'s
Will my 85 tpi distributor work on my 88 l98 block. Is the only thing I need to get is a bronze gear to run with my zz4 cam?
Also
How do I delete the cold start injector?
These are my last few problems and the motor will be in.
thanks,
Rick

You'd be better off getting a GM gear (or similar... not brass, but 'melonized'... whatever that is ) instead of brass... brass wears out. I wont say to order an 88 gear from GM though, they were nice enough to change the shaft size on the newer distributors. Other than that, it'll drop right in.

I think I will just replace it. Except I have the in cap coil instead of the external one. Should I just order one that a vette used? Vettes had in cap coils.
Thanks,
