A tech where I work has an engine for sale, only thing is its not put together, heres the specs

is this worth $1800?? i don't have a HP calc, could anyone tell me what this thing might be pushing?

 

i wouldn't buy any cam that was missing 4 lobes and i would buy a cam or anything else from someone that refered to a cam as 3/4. the crank would be .010 under not 10 over, all in all it doesn't sound like a bargin to me and it has a lot of parts i wouldn't want, like a HV pump.

10 OVER WOULD BE A 400 CRANK. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE HE WAS BUILDIN A 383 STROKER. STILL WOULDNT BUY IT THO. YOU CAN GET WHOLE KITS FOR 600 AT ENGINEKITS.COM.
