Cam question
When I do my rebuild in a few weeks, I want to put a better cam in it than the one that comes in the rebuild kit. I'm looking for plenty of bottom and mid torque. This is my daily-driver that will see very little, if any, track time. Also, will I be able to use 1.6 rockers with the stock valve covers?

I've heard good things about Summit's SUM-K1103 (214* int.,
224* exh.) How do you think it will react with my TPI system?

You'd be better off with the 204*/214* cam if you want low-mid range torque from a 305.
The cam you have there would be good for a 350, but when the CID goes down, the rpm range of the cam goes up.

AHHH CAMS
WOW.. .I'm so sick of looking at cams.. I've been shopping for one for about 3 weeks.. THIS WAY YOU DON'T HAVE TO... It all depends on what type of motor you have... what type of power you want and what type of intake you have... e-mail me.. with your specs and what you want ... I'll give you part #'s and prices... I figure ALL MY EFFORT should go to help more than just ME... PLUS , I got screwed on the first CAM i bought... it wasn't right, for my car/ intake/ or even the type that I ordered ... and I don't want that crap to happen to other CHEVY GUYS..
