hello all,
i have an 89 350 firebird that spun a bearing so i need to decide what i want to do. I'm not sure if i want to get rid of the engine cuz i ran a 14.5 with it in the quarter mile. I've also heard rebuilt engine don't have the same power unless you bore em out. So, if i do an engine swap, other than another l98, how painful is it to put in an ls1 or lt1? I've also considered rebuilding my current engine, bore it 30 over and stick supercharger on it. although i take it to the races at times, im not building it for speed. let's just say since the block is comin out, im taking advantage of the situation. so, what should i do? thanks for the input.
