motor swap = VATS problem?

I have a '91 GTA with 305 TPI which is now dead, and I'm about to swap to a 350 TPI. If I use the computer out of a 350 TPI car, will my ignition key/VATS chip still work, or is it different among different cars? TIA

It will work, no prob for that, the passkeey module is not in the ECM it's a seperate module.
