Depends on what you call "no modifications".
It's tall enough to obscure about half the windshield, so you'll need some other hood.
Exhaust will be interesting; there are a couple of people that make headers for that swap but they're not cheap, and you will have a problem with interference with the steering column that you'll have to solve.
The 502 is a big block like any other big block. All of the same things apply. This question gets asked about every day or 2 in some form or other. Do a search; lots of people have put big blocks in their cars, or asked about it and got the same answers.
You'll be in the middle of it, somewhere past the point of no return, and you'll run into some inescapable "opportunity for creativity", you can believe that.

look for other big block swaps on the boards....
keep in mind that the $$ for little odds and ends add up quick...
you need BB conversion headers... and a custom exhaust.
i dont know what the fuel system requires for that ramjet, but if its high pressure, you probly want a aftermarket pump... i donno if the TPI pump can flow that much fuel...
dont forget money for the rest of the drivetrain, a 700r4/t5 and 10bolt is not going to hold up long with a big block infornt of it
when you come down to it, you WILL be making modifications...

my 700r4 i have now is built extensively so that isnt going to be a problem. since the mounts and all keep the motor in the same spot but the length is added to the front of the motor i assume that i wouldnt need to change crossmemmbers or driveshafts. my 10 bolt already is on borrowed time since im runnign consitent 11.50's and im launching on a 175 shot of nitrous on my 350 now.look out on here cause ill be having alot of nice/hardly used SBC parts for sale on here, even the whole motor if someonw would be interested in it.

Sounds like a fun project. Is there much of a difference between the ramjet and the carbed version of the zz502 (besides $$) atleast with the carb you wound't need a big cowl hood. My old man is soon to fire up his 68 ss with the zz502 700r4 w/355 gears, I cant wait. What do you think you'll run with the ramjet before the spray?

powerwise theyre the same except i think the ram jet has 2 ftlbs more torque. i have a 4" cowl induction hood so i shouldnt have any fitment problems that i can forsee does anyone know if thatd fit? im hoping to run liek mid - low 11's on the motor alone with traction. with a 300 shot id liek to hit liek a low 10 or high 9 if thats possible.

be carefull running nitrous on the ramjet motor as it has no "room" for it in the programmed pcm it comes with, if you werent planning on running that pcm anyways then disregard my post.

nitrous is independent of the fuel injection. id get a wet kit liek the direct injection the Noszle in particular. ive had EFI cars with stock programming running nitrous and have had no problems with them. that motor would take a 200 shot easy ive ran 150 on stock small blocks for 35 bottles worth and never had any problems. i jsut cant wait till i order that motor, i think i can order in october abouts the way my monmey situation is going for me right now.

Well I was more refering to a lean condition, it being a wet kit, you probably should not have that problem. but the GM computer being what it is does not have a programmed parameter too compensate for the extra "airflow" invovled there in. Its based off of their marine setup. for those that didnt know, just FYI. looked into the small block version already.
