What cam for my motor?
Ok i have a totally stock 305 with dual crossfire fuel injection. Doing a cam swap ne4ed to know what cam to run.. ( dont want to over do it...loss of vacume) every thing is stock got a new forged crank and a flywheel thats it any suggestions?? HELP ME

LT1 cam is roller; he has a Cross-Fire motor which is flat tappet. Decent choice as far as specs, except it won't work in his motor.

Those specs look good. I think you can ba a llttle more aggressive with the duration. I would get a custom grind.
212/212 or 212,214 with a LSA of 114. 112 is too much for an automatic if you are conserned about smoothness and maintaining engine vaccum at idle.
