the answer is yes, the V-8 T-5 will....But why? It cant hold that kind of power, your better off with a T-56 IMO.

I do as well. I'm pushing about 400 hp through a stock '92 WC T-5. only problems so far have been new clutch and had to replace the synchros when the clutch went out. still holding strong.

pasky, when I go to bigger and better things in a few years I plan on using the G-Force transmission. that thing is badass

Thanks TexasLT1, I didn't know the stock T5 could handle it, however I have a V6 and will probably try to get one for a V8 w/ bellhousing from the yard. But nice to know it can handle a LT1, I plan on keeping the engine stock. This may be a bit off topic but does anyone know a thread with a lot of info on putting a 4th gen dash in our 3rd gens? Thanks.

change it to Centerforce Dual Friction and you've got my setup
