swaping 87 vette motor to 87 GTA
Hi I was just wondring what I might run into wile swaping the motor from a 87 Corvette to a 87 TA GTA both cars are auto. I know I have to swap the fuel rail and was wondering what to do with the External EGR pipe how do you guys run that I want to keep it. Any info about that and anything else i might run into.

Welcome aboard.
Not sure what you're asking about the external line. Just use it like it was in the Vette.

I heard something about the 'vette accesory brackets being too high or something... you need F-body ones. 305 ones should work though
The external EGR Pipe I'm talking about is with the vettes have with the aluminum heads. The Third gen F body's didn't have aluminum heads so they didn't have manifolds with this way of running the EGR system. And you can't run Vette manifolds on the F body they do not match up. And Ideas? Forget to say the motors are both 350's I'm swapping dosn't really make a difference just wanted to let you know.
