I own a 1988 Camaro SC with the 305 TBI engine in it. It has the 4 speed transmission it came stock with. The only real aftermarket modifications I've done is a Flowmaster exhaust system, where I removed the cat and ran 3" to an 80 series muffler, with 2.5" out. But I've wanted some more power, and another Camaro Tech guy I know suggest putting a 350 TPI engine into my car, seeing how you can get them for a decent price and they have decent power. But I was wondering, is it possible for me to put an LT1 engine out of a Fourth Gen into my Camaro? If I did do this, what else would have to be changed on my car? I'm somewhat in the dark when it comes to engine swapping, so any help would be great!
