305 tbi motor swap have some ?

i have the LO3.. and i was thinking of saving up and getting a 98 and up LS1. but i dunno. an crate engine would be cheaper. i want something real nice.. almost that same hp as the ls1. i don't want to do the ls1 sway because i want a motor that i won't have to do too much to put in. like my dad had a 350 carbed engine in his 85, took it out and an 84 LG4 went right in it with no problems and nothing to do. i know if i change my LO3 to carburator i have to do some things. i know there is a thread on ls1 and lt1 engine swaps but just to answer the simple question.. can you put the LT1 in the LO3's spot with not much changing to do?

now the other question, the 350 ramjet engine from jegs, it comes with a wire harness, MEFI controller and detailed instructions. so what would all be involved into putting that in my car?

or how about just a simple carburated engine such as the jegs 350 zz4 ho engine? that would just be an easy tbi to carb swap right? what all is involved in that?

thanks for the help guys

LT-1 would be a lot more work.
