Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: not sure yet
Moter mounts
I'm going from a 3.1v-6 to a 305 from a caprice 89. will i need diferent motor mounts i have it just sitting on teh frame right now i dident have time to mess around with it to much and the tranny will that fit in my drive shaft thanks for anny info that you have if you give anny and i for get to say thanks

You need the half that goes to the engine that is unique to 3rd gen V8's. The frame half you can move to the forward holes and use with the engine halves (it's a good time to get new mounts on the frame, though).

so the mounts on the frame can be moved foward is what your saying thanks for the info (the moter mounts that are on the car are the interceptor mounts so i dont think i need to change them) my car was suposted to be a cop car but the order got canseld

but what haf are u talking about that is only on third gen V-8 would i haf to change the ones on the moter i for got to ask thanks agin
