305 -> 350 can i still use the q-jet?
Would it be ok to use the stock CC q-jet that came on my 86 Z28 305 and put it ontop of my new 350? what adjustments would need to be made and such? thanks in advance!!

No problem.
Adjust the idle, IAB, perhaps the choke. DR rods & B hanger, if you haven't done any secondary tuning yet, is a great combo.

The secondary fuel metering is accomplished via tapered rods. They are pulled out of the fixed secondary jets based upon the opening of the air valves, which are spring-loaded to only open up enough to meet engine demand (even though the throttle plates below are opened mechanically).
The fuel metering is taylored by the size and taper of these rods, and by the amount they are held out of the jets by the hanger. For the majority of applications, a set of DR rods and a "B" lettered hanger will work very well.
The CC carb will give you the best combination of economy and power.
