1010 Head Gaskets
If I put Fel-Pro 1010 head gaskets on my ZZ4 to raise the compression from 10 to 1 to 10.4 to 1 will I have to get different length push rods due to the head coming down .012"?

Not really.
Push rods are available in .050" increments. So .012" (about the thickness of a thick sheet of paper) will only change the location of things by ¼ of an increment; not enough to alter the geometry.
