alright, im currently running a stock 350 tpi in my 92 gta i bought just a couple months ago. now its time to work this baby into the f-body of my dreams. now i know i`m gonna have to beef up the suspension and rear before doing anything, but after that i`ve been debating... do i get this tpi a performance rebuild and start from there, costing me less money and possibly less hassle.... or do i swap up the tpi for a zz4 fast burn 385? the zz4 will give me a lot more power to start (425hp with a Hot cam and 1.6 rockers) but im not sure how much of a hassle the swap would be. how much more would i have to get on top of the crate motor to make it a succesful swap? any suggestions would be much appreciated.
