383 Stroker engine swap
Hi guys/gals,
I am just about to have a 383 stroker engine built for my 88' T/A. Does anyone have any hints or things that I might watch out for while assembling a stroker engine specifically as opposed to a regular 350? I would appreciate any help before I start.
Also, I am using my TPI fuel system from my existing engine. Will I need different injectors?

well...
All I can say is go to a reputable shop to get the block/crank (if you use a 400 crank) work done. And for goodness sakes make sure they use a torque plate. You should probably go the extra mile and make sure everything is square (deck, align hone, etc.) with the block otherwise your just trying to polish a turd.
Good luck with it though. And remember to check and double check your clarences. Cant be to sure!
