87 Cavalier Z24 V8 Conversion
Hoping maybe some one can point me in the right direction here. Its time for my first ever car car to move on eighter to the salvage yard or to the track. I would love to make my 87 cavalier into a drag track(nothing professional, just for fun at the local track). I have a 350 and a 350 tranny in the garage waiting for some use and id love to throw it into the cav and play, but i dont know what all is involved in a conversion like this. I know im going to need to get a rear in the car, but would like to know what to do about the front end. Has anyone ever seen a V8 Cav conversion or have any idea how i can go about doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Cut out the bottom of the car, build a V8 chassis, put the body on it.
