I dont wanna lose any performance wise or $ wise also i dont have the money for a new hood right now. I guess ill have to find a drop base and male it fit some how.

Hey today i dropped in the dist, plugs wires. Got the tranny lines in the rad. Got the throttle adjusted and the tv cable. And my fuel pump still primes. Im pretty sure itll work as it used to since i wired in the ops. Also the guy i got my motor from gave me a new starter sil and an alt. The alt doesnt fit though

Almost done! I got an accel coil today and some fuel line(50 psi rating, i think it'll hold up easily to the 3-5 the carb will need)
Tomorrow a friend and I are gonna go get either the bracket to make my alt work with this motor or get an alt that works with the bracket i have.

Then all i have to do is put in the starter, the y pipe, and hook the exhaust back up.
