Tranny stuck to 350 block

I have a 350 TPI and am pulling the block....The block is completely stripped, motor mounts removed, bellhousing to block bolts removed all 6.....Try to pull the block and the tranny wants to come with it. Figured it was the clutch fork so I removed the push rod that pushes against the clutch fork. Cant get the clutch fork out??? How do I just pull the block without the tranny? Thanks

6 bolts is it. Shout be 3 on each side, none at the top middle.

It'll come out. It's probably just stuck on the dowel pins. The fork will stay behind, just leave it alone.

The bell housing, trans, fork, & throwout bearing will stay; the engine, flywheel, clutch, and disc will come out.

If it's giving you that much of a problem you can pull the 4 trans to bellhousing bolts and do it that way.

Do you have something under the trans to support it? you should jack it up a little to take the pressure off the dowel pins like he said. Your also trying to pull the teeth on the clutch disc off the trans input shaft. You can try to loosen or remove the clutch bolts from the flywheel too! Don't be scared to shake it up a little they need to be persuaded some times!
