Car: 1985 IROC-Z Z/28
Engine: Brand new GM 350
Transmission: Stock (for now)
Does the redline change

If I swapped my 305 for a new 350 and rebuilt the tranny does my redline change?
NEver considerd that till a friend asked me "whats the redline now?"
Lemme know if im an idiot haha

really depends on what the engine was built for. i guess the best idea would be get it dynoed and see where the engine makes it peak power at.

so the red line of the engine could change from engine to engine.

sure it's just about bound to of changed since every engine is differant. the physical limits would depend on the parts you used and the effeciency limit would depend on the parts combination you now have.
