The 3.4 V-6 in my wifes 2002 Montana Minivan has been using oil for the last year. It's getting worse and appears that I'm gonna have to replace it (Only 60,000 Miles GRRRRR !!!!).
I've been looking around at low mile used engines to swap in it and I wonder if anyone knows where I can find a conversion table / chart that will tell me what other GM models will have the same engine as her Montana.
Several ther GM models such as the Monte Carlo have a similar 3.4 engine, so how can I cross reference and see if it will work.

I know that this isn't 3rd Gen post, but I could really use some help. Any help that I can get will be greatly appreciate.

I know they can cross reference as to what other vehicle you can use to get the exact motor for your mini van. I did the same thing with my 1990 S-10 pick up.
