Where can I buy a L98 from?

Do you guys know any websites besides ebay.?

I have the TPI from my 85 305. This wouldn't fit a L98 because of the bolt pattern would it?

Would i need the computer from the L98 or would my 85 computer and harness from my 85 work just fine?

That would be no. The intake manifold bolt pattern changed in '87, as did the location of the valve cover bolts (center bolt valve covers), all engines subsequent to '87 came with roller cams and 1pc rr main seals (a different crank and block). None of this other stuff really matters, but beware of the intake bolt pattern (angles).

You can either get a manifold base from an '87-89(?) before they stopped using the 9th injector (startup richening) Most aftermarket TPI bases are drilled for both bolt patterns. I believe you can fudge your existing base with a drill and re-angle the holes, but I have never done it.

You also need to go to the larger 350 injectors and use a chip correctly programmed for the 350. If you are burning your own chips, you can use the 305 chip and modify it.

I would be getting after market aluminum heads. I assume they dont sell these for pre 87 intake bolt pattern right?
