Whats a good combo for my swap project?

Looking for good head\cam\intake combos for my CARB'd 350 swap project. I dont have the motor yet, but my budget will probably limit me to a rebuilt 2 bolt, but the good news is I can get a longblock for around 500 dollars, and part off what I dont keep.

What are some good inexspensive parts that would net me around 300RWHP?

It's going to depend on how much you are willing to spend. Try the search function. There are all kinds of variables, and this issue has come up before.

Vortec heads are pretty popular. You might want to check the GM Performance parts catalog. They have a lot of engine combos (the 383/425 hp is one of my personal favorites) and, depending on how much you want to spend, you could duplicate the factory hp ratings, and spend less money, by using the equivalent aftermarket parts.

You could get these heads, but they will make more than 300hp.

The world product S/R torquers look good for the price, but im new to cylinder head flow. I want my setup to net ~300RWHP and good low end torque (~330RWTQ) and a useable powerband. (2500 to 5500)

I'd pass on S/R's they are stock replacements, thats what S/R stands for. They have to be ported to hell to be anygood at all. As cast some stock heads are better.
