LS1 Swap- AC line?!?!?!
I'm getting close to dropping my LS1 in my car and today I was cutting/modifying my spare stock k-member so the 4th gen LS1 AC compressor would work. My only problem now is trying to figure out what AC lines everyone is using to hook it up. I was looking at my stock ones still in the car and looking at the stock 4th gen ones and I'm not sure either one will work. Can anyone help? Anyone have pics? PLEASE let me know.
Thanks!

I used the 4th gen lines so that it would clear the crossmember (providing you notched it out enough) and clear the exhaust, however I have NOT changed the ends on it yet, so its not hooked up to the condensor/accumulator yet.

So is that what everyone is doing or what? I think I'd have to remove alot more material on my k-member to do that

I tried "massaging" the stock line to clear the exhuast manifold and I was almost there before it kinked. Thats when I decided to see if the 4th gen line would fit. If you can find a line that will clear everything, different thickness seals are available to make it more adaptable to the compressor.
