engine mounts

well i was wondering again i got my engine finally its a 350 4 bolt main i was wondering if the forward-most holes from where the v6 engine mounts set are for engine mounts for the v8, another question is will my tranny hold up with the 350, another question before i get the engine in my car i'm going to be replacing my roller rockers are crane cams rollers a good way to go?
